Welcome to our Senior Assistance Program
Together, let's enhance the quality of life for seniors in Floyd County!
The purpose of this program is to gather information to create a database that will serve as a hub of information related to homebound seniors and seniors in need of assistance in Floyd County. The information may be shared with EMS, the Sheriff’s office, the Agency on Aging, and other organizations that may need the information. All information provided will be kept confidential and abide by strict HIPPA compliance to ensure seniors receive the necessary support.
The goal of this project is to help ensure a higher quality of life for seniors in Floyd County.
