Stay informed with important notifications from Floyd County! Signing up for Everbridge alerts is quick and easy. Follow these steps to customize your alerts:

🔹 Step 1: Visit www.floydcova.gov and scroll to the bottom of the home page. Click the "Click Here to Sign Up" button under "Stay up-to-date with the latest news in Floyd County government."

🔹 Step 2: You'll be redirected to the Everbridge site. Click “Sign Up” next to “Don’t have an account?”

🔹 Step 3: Enter your personal information (name, address, email, phone number, etc.). Click “Verify Address” and follow the prompts.

🔹 Step 4: Complete your profile by selecting your alert preferences:✅ Check the “Community Alerts” box to receive all notifications.📌 Or, use the dropdown menu to choose specific types of alerts you’d like to receive.

🔹 Step 5: Click "Save & Continue" and answer additional questions about:

• Floyd PSA Customer status

• Town residency/business ownership

• Special needs (if applicable)
