Immediate Burn Ban in Effect

The Floyd County Board of Supervisors and the Director of Public Safety have issued an immediate burn ban for Floyd County. Absolutely no burning is allowed until further notice. This ban is in place due to hazardous conditions that pose a significant fire risk. Please adhere to this restriction to help ensure the safety of our community. Updates will be provided as soon as the ban is lifted.
