Resolution to Extend Deadlines for Payment of Certain Local Taxes

Warming Centers

We will be opening 2 warming centers today at 11:00 am till 3:00 pm at the following fire stations.

Station 1 Fire at 143 Akers Ave. Floyd VA

Station 2 Fire at 187 Fire House Rd. Willis, VA

The Floyd County DSS will be manning the site.

Bring your electrical devices for charging and containers for water.

If you plan to shower, please bring your own towels and supplies.

Due to ongoing winter weather conditions, the Floyd County Administration Offices and the Floyd County Transfer Station will be closed today.
